How do you verify operators?

MXBS checks active US DOT / FMCSA (US) or CVOR (Canada), state/provincial registration, and a current Certificate of Insurance with minimum $5M liability. Documents are re-checked annually.

What is blind bidding?

Every operator submits their quote without seeing any competing bid. When the window closes, all quotes are revealed simultaneously. This prevents anchoring and guarantees genuine market pricing.

Which trip types do you support?
