Terms of Service

MXBS is a B2B online marketplace connecting motorcoach charter operators ("Bus Operators") with organizations and individuals seeking motorcoach transportation services ("Trip Owners"). We facilitate bidding, award, and contracting but are not a party to any transportation contract between operators and trip owners.

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter binding contracts on behalf of your organization.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use at [email protected].

Bus Operators and Trip Owners undergo identity and business verification before accessing full platform features. You consent to verification of your business registration details, government-issued identification, and regulatory compliance credentials. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

• Bus Operators must hold all licenses, permits, and insurance required in their jurisdiction.
• Bids must be genuine offers — bid manipulation, collusion, or shill bidding is prohibited.
• All platform communications must be professional and trip-related.
• Circumventing the platform to transact directly to avoid commission fees is prohibited and grounds for termination.

MXBS charges a platform commission fee on awarded trips as disclosed in your account dashboard and service agreement. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; by using our payment features you also agree to Stripe's terms. All fees are in Canadian or US dollars as displayed and are non-refundable except as required by law.

When a trip owner awards a trip to a bus operator, a binding transportation contract is formed between those parties. MXBS provides a contract template as a convenience but is not a party to, and does not guarantee performance of, any such contract.

• Using the platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts.
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code, spam, or misleading content.
• Harvesting personal information from other users.
• Impersonating any person or entity.

The MXBS platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by AAGI Corporation and protected by Canadian copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose during the term of your account.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AAGI CORPORATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $500 CAD OR (B) FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AAGI Corporation, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or transportation services you provide or receive.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

We will notify you by email and in-platform notice at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
